DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch within 3-5 working days. All products are sent from our UK base using Express DHL delivery, and should arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch, depending on location.

Shipping charges are based on the amount you spend:

Up to £49.99        = £4.91 shipping
£50 or more         = FREE shipping

EUROPE
Up to £29.99        = £29.99 shipping
£30 to £249.99     = £39.99 shipping
£250.00 or more  = FREE shipping

US*
Up to £29.99        = £49.99 shipping
£30 or more         = £39.99 shipping

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND
Up to £49.99        = £29.99 shipping
£50 or more         = £39.99 shipping

REST OF THE WORLD
Up to £199.99      = £39.99 shipping
£200 or more       = £79.99 shipping

TAXES & DUTIES

When you arrive on the checkout page and enter your delivery details, you will see an amount for 'shipping'. This figure includes our shipping charges AND any taxes or duties charged by your local government. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll see this figure broken down to show exactly how much is shipping and how much is tax and duty. If your spend is over the Free Shipping threshold, you will not be charged shipping.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost all countries. We do not ship to France, Russia or Belarus.

Who will be shipping my goods?

We use couriers for both domestic and international shipments. For all international shipments, please allow time for goods to clear customs. Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers; please provide us with a physical address.

Will there be an extra charge for shipping to a remote area?

Where remote area delivery charges are incurred, you will be contacted for the additional payment before dispatch.

Who is responsible for local duty and tax costs?

Any applicable duties, taxes, and shipping will be calculated and charged at checkout. We will then dispatch your order using Delivered Duty Paid ‘DDP’ delivery terms (Subject to Incoterms 2020).  

I need my goods redirected, but I am unable to do this via the courier. Can you help?

Contact our customer service department at info@iconlifesaver.com. Please include your order number and the alternative address.

What happens to my goods if I am not in when delivery is attempted?

If you are out when the courier calls, they will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. The courier will only attempt delivery three times before the goods are returned to us. If you fail to arrange a suitable re-delivery before the goods are returned, we will charge an additional shipping charge to resend the goods.
